3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Client Ownership

You own all rights to your manuscript and any original content you submit. After full payment and project completion, all deliverables created for your project belong to you.

3.2 Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, and branding, belongs to Global Publishings Agency. You may not copy or reuse any material without written permission.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Payments must be made through approved methods.
  • Any bank or processing fees are the client’s responsibility.
  • Late or incomplete payments can delay or pause the project.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Invoices and receipts are delivered electronically.

5. Revisions

We offer revisions under the following rules:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • In special cases, we may allow up to 14 days.
  • Revisions must match the original service scope. New changes may cost extra.

Revision timelines:

  • Urgent: 24 hours
  • Standard: 48 hours
  • Extended: 72 hours

Clients must provide accurate instructions, files, and approvals on time. Delays on the client’s side will affect delivery timelines.

Communication may take place through email or any tool agreed by both parties. Some team members may use display names for project coordination.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Full Refunds

A full refund is allowed only before work starts.

7.2 Partial Refunds

Once work begins, refunds depend on:

  • How much work is completed
  • Any admin or processing costs
  • Whether discounts were applied

7.3 Satisfaction Requests

Clients may request a refund within 5 days after project delivery if they are not satisfied and revisions have already been attempted.

7.4 Non Refundable Cases

  • Promotional or discounted projects
  • Requests made after the 5 day window
  • Work already approved by the client

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days.
